How long can my voice recording be? 

You can record a message of up to 20 seconds. Make sure your recording is clear and crisp, so it’s equally audible through your DubiDo! 

How do I send my voice recording?

The full customization process of your DubiDo is done on our website. After you’ve selected your plushie, click on customize to get started. You can either directly record your message via our website, upload a recording via your device or select the option to send it to us at a later stage by email.  Note that as long as you don’t send us the recording, we can’t get started on your order!

What kind of message can I upload as a voice recording?
You can record any message you like! From a heartfelt message, birthday wishes, an inside joke or even a song – as long as it’s up to 20 seconds long, you define the nature of your recording. 

How do I listen to the voice recording on my DubiDo?

By gently pressing your DubiDo plushie’s neck area you can hear the recording 🙂

How many times can  I hear the recording?

Your recording will last for a total of 3,000 plays.

What is a beating heart?

You can add the option of a beating heart to your stuffed animal so that when you hug your plushie, it will feel like a real heartbeat.  It’s bound to get you excited every time!

How long does the beating heart last?

The beating heart lasts for about 3,000 heartbeats,

Can I add more than one outfit to my order? 

 Absolutely! In the outfit category or in the customization options, you’ll be able to select from the many different options DubiDo has to offer.  Simply add the ones you like to your cart.
